When we say we deliver only the best cuisine to your event, we mean just that. Recently, our executive chef, Jonathan Ellis, won both The People’s Choice Award as well as First Place in a competition called Grits and Grind. The challenge: Create a dish using grits. Our challenge: To create a dish that is visually stunning with a flavor that will make your taste buds sing. With contestants ranging from the head of the University of South Carolina Culinary Institute to other competing restaurants, the challenge was met and bested with our signature shrimp and grits, deconstructed and reinvented to the high standard we hold for ourselves. With humble gratitude (and a little bit of a swagger), we thank the judges for their good taste, the competitors for keeping us sharp, and you, our clients for allowing us the opportunity to give you the quality of food you deserve.
