Are the china, glassware, flatware, and guest-seating linens included?
Capital City Catering can, for an additional fee, provide quality disposable tableware. Rental service is available (china, glassware, flatware, linens, tables, tents, chairs, serving pieces, flowers, or other theme decors). Finishing touches to dress up any theme event can be arranged.
How do I reserve my event?
Before any event can be reserved, a $200 security deposit plus 50% of your total bill is required. The $200 will be applied to final payment; however, it is non-refundable for cancelled events.
When is the final count of guests due?
The final count is due (10) ten days prior to your event.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment for all services is due (10) ten days prior to scheduled event. If there are any charges incurred after the final payment, we will collect on the day of your event.
What is the cancellation fee/policy?
The $200 security deposit is the cancellation fee for events cancelled (60) sixty days prior to event. If your event is cancelled any less than (60) sixty days prior to your event, you will forfeit all money paid including security deposit and your 50% down payment.
