Capital City Catering is driven by ten years of culinary experience. Executive Chef, Jonathan Ellis, was trained at both the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University. He combines this classical training with the low-country cookin' secrets his wife, LeeAnne, learned growing up in the deep south.
