LOW COUNTRY BOIL
Cooked on-site and displayed in a beautiful wood tray, fresh local shrimp with sweet corn, red potatoes, sweet onions and smoked sausage. Seasoned perfectly and topped with butter.
Steamed oysters served with saltines, cocktail sauce, lemon wedges and hot sauce. Oyster knives and towels included.
OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL
Metal rack on cinder blocks hold oysters on the half shell, torched and topped with garlic pepper, butter, and Gouda cheese.
A beautiful display of seafood on a
gorgeous ice sculpture, crab claws, oysters on the half, and shrimp and cocktail and oyster shooters.
